[ The challenge ]
The challenge
A photography studio usually runs its business on spreadsheets, folders and several separate tools: clients in one place, quotes and invoices in another, and galleries on third-party services. What was needed was a single application designed for photographers that brought it all together.
The product also had to meet Spanish obligations inside the tool itself (VeriFactu invoicing, GDPR and working-hours records) and come with a public website that explained it and let people sign up with a 30-day free trial and no card.
[ The solution ]
The solution
Imagic designed and built the whole product, not just the landing page: the pspro.es website, the cloud application used from the browser and the websites each studio can create with it.
Public website (pspro.es): home, features, galleries, website builder, plans, blog and migration, with pages built for specific searches such as CRM for photographers or management software for photographers, and sign-up with a 30-day free trial.
SaaS application: user sign-up and login, Starter, Pro and Studio plans billed monthly, every six months or yearly, and 17 modules on a single screen.
Clients, sales and cash: client record with CRM, quotes that turn into invoices, payments, daily cash and reports on profitability and real hourly rate.
VeriFactu invoicing: invoices recorded and sent to the tax agency (AEAT) with a verification QR code.
Contracts with digital signature from the client's phone, recording date, IP and the document's SHA-256 hash.
Private galleries with password, watermark, print sales and downloads, and automatic lock if someone tries a screenshot.
Calendar and projects synced with Google Calendar, online bookings with a deposit through Stripe or PayPal, and time clocking by phone or QR code.
Website builder for studios: 8 templates, visual editor, own domain or subdomain and automatic technical SEO (Schema.org, sitemap and metadata).
AI assistants for the studio, a chatbot for the website, expense receipt reading and Telegram alerts.
Everything runs in the browser, on desktop, tablet and mobile, with a team and support in Spain.
