Purposes, legal basis and retention
Answering your enquiries. We process the data you send us through a form, email or phone (name, contact details and message) to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if you ask for information before contracting, pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b). What you send through a form is stored on the platform for the period shown next to the form and then deleted automatically. The copy the controller receives by email, and what you send us by email or phone, is kept while we deal with the enquiry and, afterwards, blocked for the limitation periods of possible liabilities.
Proving your cookie choice. We store a random identifier, the date, your choice and the policy version (v1), with no IP address or browser data. Legal basis: the duty to be able to demonstrate consent (art. 7.1 GDPR) and our legitimate interest in proving it. It is kept for 36 months.
Analytics, advertising and third-party content. Only if you accept, we load services from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited), YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI), which you can withdraw at any time. The lifetimes of their cookies are in the cookie policy.
Recipients and processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. To provide this site, the following act as processors (art. 28 GDPR): the provider of the platform that manages and hosts the website, with servers in the European Union; the email service provider, through which the notice of each submitted form reaches the controller; Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), whose network carries all the site's traffic and which therefore receives your IP address; and Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), the content delivery network (CDN) that serves the site's images and receives your IP address when you download them.
If you accept their categories, these also receive data as independent controllers: Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited), YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). You can read their policies through the cookie policy.
International transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. may process data, such as your IP address, outside the European Economic Area. The transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Analytics, advertising or content providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area, with the same safeguards. If you do not accept those categories, no transfer to them takes place.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@imagic.localhost. If you do not get a satisfactory answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Other information
Data marked as mandatory in forms is needed to deal with your request; without it we cannot do so. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effects on you. The data comes from you. More about cookies in the cookie policy.
