The challenge
Bimbi Piccoli was born from the experience of parents who looked for customisable products for their first child and found that those advertised that way were not really customisable, or lacked the expected quality.
The online store had to sell truly personalised children's products and explain clearly how a made-to-measure order works, how long it takes and how much shipping costs.

The solution
Imagic designed and built the store, on WordPress with WooCommerce and Elementor and in Spanish:
Catalogue organised into six categories: murals, prints, bedding, mugs, vinyls and gifts with a gift card.
A nine-step personalisation process, with two design drafts before printing and the timings in plain sight (design in 2 to 4 working days; printing and delivery in 2 to 6 weeks).
Products with variants and multi-piece packs, cart and customer account.
Secure payment notice, economy shipping from €5 and customer service by email.
Materials information (FSC-certified paper and cotton fabrics) and purchase and returns conditions on their own page.
